Our client is one of the largest construction companies on the market, we are looking for a results driven architect  to be responsible for the overall build and design management for our client. The successful candidate will be able to enhance the luxury customer satisfaction, build goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in Luxury Retail Construction Builds.

Architect responsibilities are:
Ensuring compliance procedures are being strictly followed
Advising subordinates of any updates/ procedures
Handling severe build issues
Requirements are:
Proficient at softeare and technology MS Office , autocad and other applications
Good analytical skills
Effective communication skills
